Not at all! Our program is designed for every fitness level — beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. We meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

It’s a free, one-on-one, 20-minute chat with a coach. You tell us your goals, we show you the gym, and we explain how the Level Method works. You don’t even have to change your clothes!

You’ll meet with a coach who will walk you through the workout, help you scale movements, and make sure you feel comfortable. We guide you every step of the way.

We offer functional fitness-style workouts that combine strength training, conditioning, and mobility. Every class is coach-led and can be modified for any fitness level.

Classes last 60 minutes, which includes warm-up, workout, and cool-down.

Most members come 3–5 days a week, but we’ll help you set a plan that fits your goals and schedule.

We modify everything. Whether you have a past injury, mobility issue, or current restriction, your coach will tailor movements so you can work safely and effectively.

Yes! We offer one-on-one training for those who want extra guidance, specific goals, or individualized programming.

We use the Level Method to assess your strength and conditioning across 15 fitness categories. It helps us personalize your workouts and track your progress over time.

We track progress through the Level Method, goal-setting sessions, and performance data. You’ll see changes in strength, conditioning, energy levels, and confidence.

Bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, and clean gym shoes. We provide all equipment.

YES. Most of our long-term members started as total beginners. Our coaches guide you at your pace — no pressure, no judgment.

We train teens through older adults, plus we have a Golden Hour class Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:30 am.  We offer kids classes seasonally. 

Yes! We offer nutrition accountability, macro guidance, and regular goal reviews to help you reach your body composition goals
